Key points

  • The launch is scheduled for October 28 at 19:30; deliveries are planned for early November.
  • A 96 kWh battery and 780 km CLTC range have been announced for the rear-drive model on 20-inch wheels.
  • A company-organised urban test covered 811.4 km; final prices and trim specifications remain unknown.

Reported details

The 2026 Li i6’s prices and detailed trim specifications are expected at Li Auto’s October 28 launch at 19:30. Deliveries are planned for early November, while display cars reached stores on October 11.

Battery and charging are central to the update. Li Auto announced a 96 kWh in-house battery; IT Home reports a 780 km CLTC rating for the rear-drive model with 20-inch wheels. In a live test organised by the company around Lake Tai on October 22, the car covered 811.4 km at 11.8 kWh per 100 km.

The 18-hour test was mainly on city roads at 13–20°C, with four adults and around 50 kg of equipment aboard and climate control set to 24°C. This was a manufacturer-organised test under specific conditions, not an independent test or a guarantee of highway or winter range.

Previously announced upgrades include a powered front trunk, adaptive matrix headlights, dual front zero-gravity seats, a 29-inch 6K front display and a 21-inch 4K rear screen. Whether every version receives each feature depends on the final specification list.

Editorial interpretation

For prospective buyers, tonight’s key details are prices, drivetrain and equipment differences, and whether the planned November delivery applies to the chosen version. The CLTC rating and one controlled company test should not be treated as promises for every journey.

What it means

On October 20 Li Auto introduced its Lianshan electric technology system covering batteries, electric drive and charging; the 2026 i6 is one planned application.
