XPENG has begun customer deliveries of the MONA L03 in France, according to an IT Home report published on 20 October 2026 and attributed to the automaker. The first handover took place in Paris on 13 October, where chairman and CEO He Xiaopeng presented the keys to the first French customer.
CnEVPost separately reported the same company announcement and said He later met French dealer partners. Both reports describe the same XPENG disclosure rather than independent confirmation of registrations or retail volume.
The reports did not identify the delivered variant, confirm which driver-assistance functions are enabled locally, or disclose French order numbers. XPENG's July launch material establishes the L03 as a global model, but China prices and specifications should not be applied to the French vehicle.
